 ‘All Dressed up and Nowhere to Go’

Are you looking for an opportunity to dress up? Shed your pajamas, tracksuit or scrubs, gloves and masks. Even with countries beginning to reopen we still cannot socialise at events like weddings, parties, Christenings, Communions, the Bloomsday Festival, Music Festivals and pub nights.

With this in mind I decided to present ‘All dressed up and nowhere to go’ for the month of June to bring a real reason for people to dress up, have their portrait created, capture a moment in time and give to charity at the same time.

I am fortunate to have Sonya Lennon on board and you can view her portrait here. Sonya is the founder of the charity ‘Dress for Success’ http://dressforsuccessdublin.org/ ,which promotes the economic independence of women. I am happy to contribute 20% of the proceeds from all portrait bookings made in the month of June to her charity.

I am offering three sizes of portrait, the first is an A4 size on paper (Unframed) €100, the second option is a 60 x 80 cm on paper (unframed) €230 and the third is 2 x 4 foot on board and framed €800. A deposit of €100 will be required.

So take the opportunity to dress up!

Go all out and find a costume, fashion yourself in Edwardian style for the Bloomsday Festival, feel amazing in your finery, find your cravat or wear flowers in your hair. Don your big jewellery, put on your fancy hat, wear your blouse or shirt with the huge collar, find your reddest lipstick or take your waistcoat out from the back of your wardrobe.
